  Agree with all of the above. I saw the reviews after I had begun my addition and Russ assured me that he gets most of his work by word of mouth so I should believe him not the reviews. He not only left many projects incomplete (but assured me they were minor things so I paid him) He didn't get the final safety inspection passed. I just happened to find out and was heading down to the city permit office to complain. He was there and I told him why I was there. He apologized and blamed a guy who no longer works for him. I stopped the complaint process and he shook hands with me and assured me he would make it right. Then I never heard from him again even though I have texted and called. Do NOT hired this liar and thief no matter how nice he might seem. Oh did I forget to mention I am a widow. What kind of creep takes advantage of a widow??

  We were naive during the process of hiring a contractor for our house project. We didn't ask for a contract or a line item invoice. We found these reviews after we had begun working with Frameworx and I am regretting not doing a little more due diligence. Our experience with this contractor was very frustrating. He originally told us the project would take about 2 weeks but they ended up working on it for 2 months and never completed the job. There was always some extenuating circumstance of why they couldn't come and eventually it got almost impossible to get ahold of them. We ended up receiving a text saying it would be best for us to find someone else to complete the job. We have been left in a construction mess and honestly not happy with what is complete. We paid most of the money up front and the value is definitely not there with what was complete. We would not recommend this contractor.

  Deck remodel

  Do NOT use this contractor. 1) They did not get a permit from the county before starting our job despite telling us they obtained one. 2) They did not follow the engineering plans when building our deck which resulted in a delay in obtaining more supplies to correct their error. 3) They gave us an estimate of 3-4 weeks for completion and at week 8, the deck was still incomplete. 4) At week 8, they stopped coming. We have a third story deck with no railings and half a staircase. They have stated that due to a medical issue, they will not be completing our project. They did find a replacement. Their communication since then has been horrific. 5) They have not delivered our remaining supplies (railings, fascia) and the company they provided us with has no record of the supply order. 6) They left a a terrible mess in our yard including broken concrete, broken patio stones, used lumbar, rebar, blades, screws and supplies scattered about.
  They have been unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. Our disappointment and frustration is beyond words.
