    I hired the firm Francis Pisani Architect on the month of early August. The principal employee who assisted me in fixing two of my house projects is named Mr. Gustavo Vallejo. I was introduced to him by a family member of mine's who had worked with Mr. Vallejo before. Gustavo is still considered to be a tremendous help/asset with helping me facilitate with both projects from finding contractors, gaining permits, and through establishing all paperwork that is needed to be process for the renovations of my home. He knows the "in" and "outs" of the Department of Building (DOB) system since he has over 15+ years working in the field. There is no negative comments about the company since I am almost done with just waiting upon the approval for the certificate of corrections for both of my projects. I was/am happy to worked along-side with Mr. Vallejo which I will do it again in the near future. He knows many contractors and is willing to work with the client's budget.
