Frank is a honest, hard working, and a personable contractor to deal with. He built a 15 x 20 deck for me in my back yard and it turned out great! I couldn't be happier and the price was extremely reasonable. He got in done in the time he said it was going to take and even put in extra hours to stay on his quoted schedule.
