  this guy is a plumbing genius,,i had 3 oil companies over hear to fix my boiler and none of them could find the problem,,frank comes along and it fixed in a half an hour,and charged me 75 bucs... unreal an honest plumber dont find many of them these days cudoze to mr cottonzar

  Frank is the only person I would trust with all my plumbing and heating problems. I have used Frank for a water heater replacement and installing a new boiler and have been very pleased. He is neat, efficient and reasonably priced and overall a really great nice guy.

  Very satisfied with the work Frank did in regards to our bathroom remodel. We are enjoying our jacuzzi tub and new shower. Both Frank and his employees were very professional and performed quality work. Will call again when we remodel our kitchen .

  Frank installed our air conditioning unit and has performed various repairs for us over the years. We were worried, because we priced several contractors and Frank's price was $500 lower, but were very impressed with the quality of his work. Even the code inspector who examined the installation, said that the job was well done. We are very pleased and recommend Frank to everyone we know.

  My furnace was not working and I called Frank who was recommended to me by my neighbor. He was hard to get a hold of, but once I spoke to him he came out the next day. He explained what was wrong with the furnace and showed me the corroded parts that needed to be replaced. I had called another heating company before calling Frank and was told to just get a new system. My furnace is only 14 years old and Frank was able to fix it and saved me from purchasing a new one. I felt that his prices were fair and he was very honest.
