I had a terrible experience with a company using this GC...Big Top LLLP.
They did NOT pull permits on major work that was supposed to be permitted. After pulling permits with a different contractor we found out that most of their work failed city inspections. They were notified and have not refunded us for the work that failed city inspections.
Big Top proved themselves to be dishonest, unprofessional, and very low quality.
