Frank took money from me as a deposit for windows pretending to be a licensed contractor while he was working for another company. He proceeded to lie to me for a period of about a month that he had ordered the windows, he never did. I had to chase him down to find him and he never repaid most of the money. He promised on several occasions to repay the money over time but only repaid about 20% of it. He lies, lies, lies. I have been looking for him for a few years since he keeps changing his phone number and address.
