I will never recommend this contractor to anybody. Just 2 months into the landscaping, some of the plants were already wilting and not thriving; a couple of his sprinkler pipes were leaking; the sods in the backyard had triangular bald spots because he installed sprinklers after the sods were laid down already. He guaranteed me he’d re-sod the bald spots but never happened. The same thing with the dieing plants, he kept telling us he’d fertilize them or maybe just replace them, he warrantied, guaranteed it. He would do maintenance monthly for $60.00 so I said that is fine. My family and I waited patiently for all these corrections and replacements to be done. He keeps putting us off because he said he was just busy with another customer. Then he said he would not be able to come and do maintenance anymore because he does not have any other clients in our city and it’s not worth to do a half hour drive twice a month for the price he set. We already had a feeling he did not want to rectify some of his sloppy work. Well, up to this point, I’ve been calling and texting him and still no positive actions on his part. This has prompted us to give this contractor a very low rating. In spite of his two California issued licenses as licensed landscaper/ gardener, his business practices suck. It makes us wonder how he qualified to be licensed.
