When you want something done to your home... an upgrade so to speak but really do not know all the details, working with a contractor such as Franz Construction, it makes the project much more pleasant and self assuring that it will be done correctly. It's a family own business and so I can see that the they take pride in their work; and the pricing was very reasonable for the remodeling of our home. Due to the economy and our budget, Franz Construction worked out our home remodeling in portions to where we obtain everything that we needed within the time frame we wanted it completed. Excellent work. It shows; especially when all you get our compliments from friends and family. I highly recommend them.
