The company starred working on the 1st of April. It is now the 4th of June and only one bathroom has been done - and the quality is subpar. Broken tiles are installed the vanity is starting to peel off. The contractor does not respond to calls or texts, does not come to scheduled meetings. His workers show up
at random hours, not every day, not every week. He does not discuss details and is not honest upfront about the details of the repairs. As a result, things fall through the cracks and end up costing much more money. There are no receipts for purchases, no schedule. The contractor goes back on his word all the time.
Overall it has been a horrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone

Fred Medina worked on gut renovating my apartment. The work took much longer 3-4 additional months- than it was promised and even when he called it “ finished” there were several items not finished in this subpar renovation. The walls are cracked, the tiles are grout are breaking etc.
After threatening with legal action he finally completed the missing items- for additional payments. Within a few weeks the “ new walls” were cracked and despite calling him multiple times and leaving messages over and over again after several weeks ( for additional $$) he finally sent someone to do another subpar job. Since then the wall has cracked two more times within the same year at the same places where he “ “fixed “ it earlier . When I tried to contact him, he did not answer messages or calls in fact” blocked” my number because he doesn’t want to be “ bothered” with anything anymore. I had to hire outside contractors to finish the work that he left unfinished. I would give him a 0 star if I could.
Do not use him.
