My wife and I purchased a home in Parks Edge, one of Fred’s developments in Naperville, IL. Fred was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. We wanted significant changes to the interior design. Fred worked with us until we were totally satisfied. Fred had to battle through horrible weather throughout the construction project. He delivered a beautiful home within a reasonable timeframe. Fred was always on site and ensured that the subs were doing everything right. He promptly followed up on all of the “punch list” items. He has been diligent in ensuring that all of the landscaping is being completed in a professional and quality way. We are thrilled we made the decision to purchase a home built by Fred.
