Roofing was completed in late January 2021 and the work is subpar at best. We've had leaking and a poor, inappropriate repair job was done as well as other areas of poor workmanship on the roof. If you pay for a new roof it should not need a repair job 3 months later. We had to pay for a roofing inspection with another roofing company and found many areas of poor workmanship that further validates this. The drip metal was not replaced, there are numerous nails showing through shingles, loose shingles where the hand can be placed directly under as evidenced by pictures that were sent over to Freeman Roofing by email. To make matters worse, we are currently in active Hurricane season and one would think that this would be something that would be rectified by now, being that we are in mid-August 2021. Workers were drinking on the job and did not have a foreman overseeing the job. Have been trying to rectify this situation actively and I cannot get anyone to call me back where I can speak with them. Was I highly perturbed with Melissa Freeman on one call, yes as anyone would be when she and her Foreman, Juan got on my roof in April and "repaired" a leaking issue that I reported and other areas that Melissa Freeman claims she saw and then claimed that all was well afterwards. I bugged my husband to pay for a third party roofing inspection because my God-given discernment told me not to trust what was stated to me and issues were found with the roof installation that Melissa Freeman and her Foreman Juan could not have possibly missed as they are numerous and very obvious. I missed 2 calls on August 10, 2021, which were at 12:16 and 12:17 pm on this day and I called back and there was no answer, I've left a voicemail as well. At this point, it seems like we are getting the runaround.
