Bryon built us a 1200 sq ft ADU from the ground up, including new sewer, water and gas. We provided the plans, Bryon gave us a fixed price, and did all the rest. Bryon and his team were knowledgeable, respectful and conscientious about their work. Bryon hired and supervised all the trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) keeping us on schedule even through Covid restrictions. He scheduled and supported all the inspections working well with city inspectors. At the end he kept to his price and finished as expected. Bryon's professional yet friendly manner made it easy on us as the homeowners. We are very happy with the job and recommend him for any job, large or small.
