They reduced the size of 3 overgrown Camellias but did not do a skilled job. I asked Peter to thin one shrub and he hollowed it out instead, leaving just a shell. His workers sheared the other two and left branches wildly criss-crossing within the inside of the shrub. They get one star for a good job of picking up the prunings.
