At the time Frontier Restoration did my roofs, they had a contractor from Texas doing their work. I had a horrible experience with the contractors from Texas. They gave my insurance company a bid and my insurance company agreed and wrote out two checks which I gave the company when the job was half done and when it was completed. Two weeks later my insurance company and I received a phone call stating that we owed an additional $6,000 for a whole list of items. We fought it and it got really ugly - long story short - I ended up paying the contractor $2000.00.
Here is a list of things that the contractor did: bought 1 kind of plywood and roofing shingles and charged me for a more expensive one; I should have been able to keep all the materials not used, but they took it all and used them at another job. The workers urinated in my yard, they broke my fence in the back and my gate in the front, they disconnected my antennae and left it hanging and I had to pay to get that fixed. They were suppossed to put plywood on all of the buildings, but they did not. I watched most of the time they were in my yard, and they did all this and did not like it when I would question anything they would do that did not seem right. There were other homeowners that complained about these workers, and when the owners of the restoration company questioned the contractor, they split and went back to Texas.
The restoration company contacted me a year later and wanted to know if I wanted solar panels. Needless to say I about threw the man off my front porch, even though they really did not know all of the details of what happened with the contractor.
I really cannot recommend this company.
