Frosty Air & Heat replaced an HVAC unit in my building (condominium). Upon installing the unit, the technician BROKE a connection to a condensing line inside our building.
As a result, CONDENSATION SEEPED down into my space below, DESTROYING the ceiling of my garage. The technician worked without a permit, and only opened a permit after the damage was evident. Even though the service was done almost two months ago, he refuses to have the city come out and inspect the work. I spoke with the Frosty technician, and he made no assurance that he would cover the cost of the damage to my unit, and he got angry when I insisted that he have his work inspected.
I will be putting this review everywhere on social media, and will seek to get his license suspended. AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE. HE DESTROYED MY GARAGE CEILING AND REFUSES TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!
