By Kyle A.February 15, 2022Whole House addition and 2,000 sqft addition
Full Frame is bounding out 2,000 sqft addition on our home in Scottsdale. They have been with this project from the begging. This included removal of the old septic, installing, new septic, new 400 amp panel, and all new utilities as well as framing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and drywall ect. We would definitely recommend their team to handle all aspects for the contraction hurdles. Kyle

BIGGEST MISTAKE WE EVER MADE. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THEM. WE DON'T HAVE ALL DAY TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT WENT WRONG. 7 MONTHS TO BUILD A GOLF CART GARAGE. WISH WE COULD RATE BELOW ONE STAR.

I worked with Ronnie who has been fantastic. Very attentive and detailed. His experience and expertise has shown through out my project. I would recommend Full Frame for any job you have.

Full Frame Construction has helped us with the design and construction for our kitchen and bathroom build outs. While no project goes with out a hitch they really did an amazing job. They were both cretinous and clean. Their team went out of their way to make sure we were happy with every detail.

Every time they walked in the door it was a disaster. They make a mess of things, unprofessional, have NO respect for neighboring residents, rude, don't complete project on-time, project was a disaster, caused more problems that could've been avoided, they care nothing about rules of the building complex.

The two men Matt and Ron are a couple. A couple of con artists all around the valley. Neither one has any idea how to do any kind of labor. They will steal your money and destroy your project. They have accolades. Seriously you have been warned.

Terrible. Constant delays and shoddy workmanship. All Ron did was bring in incompetent, inexperienced day-laborers, then failed to supervise them. The truth is, he was probably incapable of supervising them. Although Ron had a contractor’s license, he had very little practical knowledge. He always had designer sunglasses in his hands, but never a tool. Ron was always hard to reach, even in an emergency, and his workers showed little or no respect for my property. I even caught one urinating on the side of my house! I repeatedly begged Ron to protect my expensive new cabinets, but his careless workers constantly dinged them and even hung power tools from them! After his crew completely botched my quartz countertop installation, I fired him, then finished up the project myself. Every contractor I later brought on site rolled their eyes at the sloppiness of Ron's work. Worst of all was an unsafe, unhooked electrical splice inside a wall -- a very dangerous code violation. If one of the wire nuts had become loose and dislodged, the wire could have arcked and sparked inside the wall, causing a fire.

Ronnie and Matt were very friendly and personable from the start. They made things very clear and easy to deal with and never once left me in doubt of their ability to do what they said they would do. Matt made sure everybody stayed on task while Ronnie was on top of each portion of the project to ensure everybody had what they needed to work efficiently. We had an 750sqft room addition and a bathroom added as well as a bunch of minor work done around the house and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can't say enough about this company they made my first experience dealing with a Contractor a great one! I highly recommend that anybody looking for a Contractor give them a call. I do believe they do all trade work residential and commercisl.

I gave him 3400 dollars and I only got a cement patio they outsourced to fill and then added on more money than the laborers got paid. Brought his children to work and left the baby in the car all day while working. We didn’t know till he brought the boy back in his car seat to the backyard. Talk talk talk talk but no action. All I have is a dirt space and all my supplies are coming

Totally unreliable. Said he would do my tiling job. Set a date-sent out a man to measure-gave me a quote-set time and date and did not show up. When contact said his tiler did not show up and he could not do the job. The man who did the measuring said he was a partner in the business and was a tiler though he was not doing my job. Something strange there. Do not trust.

This guy is a joke!! If I could give NEGATIVE 1,000 stars, I would! Ron Buchholz is a terrible person and should be banned from construction or from having ANY type of business. He did a bathroom remodel for us in 2019, which was done wrong in every way possible. We filed a complaint with the ROC in 2020, they found him liable to fix all of his work, then Ron then manipulated us to believe if we dropped the complaint that he’d repair everything to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we believed this liar and we dropped it. He dragged and dragged for months, excuse after excuse, the. he finally had our bathroom demo’d. after that, he went MIA 2 weeks into it. He completely abandoned the project, which is unethical and just flat out wrong. It was premeditated and a scam! The guy is a con-artist! We thought about getting an attorney but it’s not worth the time or effort at this point. I’m emotionally drained from the energy and stress this man has caused us, so it’s best to just move on. I hope that man gets what’s coming to him. KARMA!! Check the ROC website! He has multiple complaints open against him at all times.
