Future Antiques and Eric Williams are ONE of a KIND!
Eric became our lead contractor for work that we wanted done in both the inside and outside of our 7,000 square foot home in Chula Vista, back in 1983, when we decided to remodel it for the 7th time.
Eric began and finished a three year project that left our house as one of the most beautiful homes in the area, worthy of being shown on Architectural Digest and Interior Decorating publications.
Among a myriad other fabulous projects, Eric did all our parquet wood floors, the bathrooms' marble walls and marble and tile floors to perfection.
He built two masterpiece stairs with gorgeous, custom designed balusters and hand carved volutes. The latter was shaped right in the premises by the carver.
He hung our French style carved doors perfectly, and ordered and installed their brass hardware.
He built for us amazing hardwood bookcases and cabinets in all the rooms, including the most beautiful doors for our closets .
Among the finest rooms is an amazing library room, one that anyone could dream of owning, with classic style cabinetry made out of mahogany and beveled glass doors to marvel anyone with the most sophisticated and demanding tastes.
Eric built all the stunning cabinets in our living room, our TV room, our Family Room, our Exercise room, plus all the gorgeous wainscoting on the stairs, the formal dining room walls, the living room walls and other halls all over the house.
He even built our garage door to exactly match the lovely custom design front door that he had built for us.
He laid all our bathroom and kitchen floor tiles (pink and white marble, Spanish tiles, and others) .
Outside, he built our classic Spa enclosure with lattice work, laid the granite floors for it, our beautiful fence all around the house, and laid all the intricate brickwork in the front of our house, our driveway, the landscaping areas, and the entire back garden, with traditional brick walks and a fountain.
My house is a masterpiece. We are so proud of its beauty and comfort, and we owe this to Eric Williams. Everyone who has seen it is amazed to find such a gem in the midst of Chula Vista. He made our home a haven of beauty and good taste, being, himself, the Master of Future Antiques, indeed!
From the beginning we recognized that Eric was a Master in Woodworking, with credentials, as well a Master of everything else that he directed, it seemed. He trained his workers well, and so kindly, too, as they went along from project to project. His sweet demeanor matched his awesome good looks, too!
We have always wished him all the best, although we have missed him dearly since he left our San Diego area.
Eric Williams and Future Antiques are as admirable as they are unique and we will recommend them anywhere they are established.
