  Terrible, terrible, terrible. I was in a home buying program and because G-11 Enterprises did shoddy, dangerous work, and did not complete the work when the program said it had to be done I was told that my mortgage loan could be forfeited. But thank God it was not but I had to fire them and hire others to do or redo the work they were supposed to do. Hold on to your money and run for your life if they ever approach you.

  Home remodel

  The previous review is laughable. These people have no idea what they’re doing and if you value your life you’ll look elsewhere. And I mean that quite literally. They are unsafe, over budget and light years over schedule. I had the ultimate pleasure of dealing with this company for my home renovation and after an entire year and chance after chance I finally had to cut my losses. They will blame everything and everyone else but the second I hired another contractor work started moving briskly and efficiently. 90% of the advice given from them turned out to be false which is unfortunate because our vision was altered based on this advice. Thankfully my new contractor was gracious enough to rip all their shoddy workmanship out, otherwise I probably wouldn’t be able to sleep. They also seem to work with some nefarious characters who’s checkered past can be surfaced with a simple google search. This was my first home and the luster of that experience is gone. On all that is good and holy find someone else. If you’re doing anything beyond hanging a TV, even if the other guy is double the price, go with the other guy and thank me later. I realize this review is as much an indictment of myself for letting this go on but this was my first home, first renovation and I didn’t really know any better. Now I do and I’m saving you the trouble.

  If you ever need any home improvement work done on your home, then I suggest you have G-11 Enterprises, Inc., do it. I setup an appointment with Mr. George Hockaday-Bey, a home improvement contractor of G-11 Enterprises, Inc., at my home on Wed., Jun 22nd at 3:30pm. I like to say there is much to say about Mr. Hockaday-Bey impeccable character, expertise, and services as a home improvement/general contractor, master electrician, and BPI Building Analyst Professional. I am very pleased and impressed with Mr. Hockaday-Bey and his company. Firstly, Mr. Hockaday-Bey was on time, articulate, polite, cordial, and proficient. He proved to be very friendly, competent, attentive, and professional. He listens well, has a cheerful attitude, and takes thorough notes and precise measurements. He meticulously went over the long list of home improvement interior/exterior items that I provided his company via the email.

  Moreover, Mr. Hockaday-Bey remarkably spent two and half hours (from 3:30pm - 6:00pm) in my very hot home listening carefully to me; providing his input, suggestions, and expertise; asking relevant questions; and taking detailed notes and measurements of many relevant items inside/outside of my home, while maintaining a professional and cheery approach. In fact, Mr. Hockaday-Bey did not rush through the entire home assessment process at all; he really took his time and covered the entire home improvement list that I provided his company. Over the years, I have not been so fortunate with the likes of a Mr. Hockaday-Bey and company, but it is very refreshing to have someone of his character and expertise renovate my home.
