  G&S are the best hands down. This wonderful experience started when we were looking in to having a modular home put on our property. We both are very informed people. We have had many experiences with different contractors throughout the years, some good and some bad. We needed to get a quote for a garage and front porch since they needed to be constructed on site. We met with George Blowars, that was highly recommended for the job by many. After we received our reasonable quote, things started to fall apart on the modular companies end. We had problems from getting permits to finding contractors to hook the home up to utilities. This was drawn out for months. This responsibility was dumped in to our lap. The person from the modular company told me that I should hire a general contractor if I don't like what is happening. Then it hit us!! What do we need them for?? We then called George and he gave us a quote to handle everything on our dream home from start to finish. Then it began. Like a well oiled machine. Every day we saw progress and were kept in the loop on what was going on. George was great on multiple suggestions during the build. George and Steve also always had time to answer even the simplest questions. The work area was always kept clean and organized. Everyone was helpful & knowledgeable. Any modifications or changes were never a problem. The end result we ended up with a much more quality built home with a higher pitched roof and no add-on porch or garage. It was all one beautiful structure. I can go on and on. The process took about 6 months. We were not in any rush. We have now been in our great new dream home for almost 6 months with no trouble.
