Gail was the first solar contractor we contacted when our inverter stopped working. She is the most knowledgeable person I could imagine working through the issues and making sure the warranty covers everything as it should. It's very possible she knows more about our system than the manufacturer as she ends up giving the engineers suggestions more than the other way around. We're up and running again and she's been great. Would be the first to call in the future.
