Scott Gaines will get the job done correctly and at a fair price. The subcontractors he uses are all first rate and the relationships he’s forged over the years are all to his clients’ benefit. He did an extensive remodel on a ranch home for us adding 1400 sq. ft. and converting a 2 car garage into a 3 car and extending it 10 ft forward. All of his work and the work of his subs sailed right thru city code inspections. I wouldn’t embark on another project without having Mr. Gaines running the show.
