    Worst construction company ever! Just bought one of their homes in chinook winds and I am completely irritated with the lack of professionalism from the crew! I would honestly be so embarrassed to be the owner. I didn’t get the house that I was told I was getting, the dishwasher was left without wiring it in ( wires were left bare and just laying behind the dishwasher), had to live with a broken window in the master bathroom for a month before it was fixed, every cabinet door was hung crooked, cabinets were hung uneven, stated I would get a glass shower door in description and didn’t, siding on one wall has a 2 inch dimple in it from roof to foundation, concrete driveway and sidewalk looks like a 10 year old poured it, countertops were not what I picked out, every shelf in closets and pantry had to be reinforced because builders didn’t hit one stud on any of them, vinyl flooring is cupping and raising, toilet paper holder hung so uneven I couldn’t even put a roll of toilet paper on it, floor is not level, wall in second bathroom not straight, something left under the carpet and can feel it walking, a ton of cosmetic things that were just rushed together with no pride put into the work! I wouldn’t trust these guys to build a birdhouse! The owner Hugo just shrugs it off like it’s no big deal and I now see why they aren’t building houses in their own neighborhood, because they do VERY half ass work and I do believe that they got their business license from a Cracker Jack box! Do not buy from these thieves!!
