I left a bad review in their website and the owner basically blew me off via email. This company has cost me so much extra money since installing a simple swamp cooler almost a year ago and I regret using them. I decided to use the insurance that I had for my home and this was the company it used. This guy, the owner, charged me for everything he could and also got paid by the insurance company. What a win/win! Their team was also unprofessional, very rude to my wife and I and basically did a shoddy poor lousy job all-around. Since then, I have had to replace the motor as well as the pump three months after their service since the “new cooler” was basically a new shell with used parts stuffed inside it. The owner also said that they had to do “electrical work” to install the unit. Now, it hardly cools my upstairs and is a far cry from what the old one accomplished. My furnace and upstairs cooler are in the same circuit and my upstairs furnace has had a trouble light flashing since a week after the cooler installation and does not work. I am trying to find a decent quote to come have someone fix it which is why I have not had it done yet. So, AWESOME JOB A. Garcia Mechanical guys! You managed to swap a broken machine with a craptacular one and also ruined a furnace in the process while making bank and not having a care in the world. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! RIPOFF NUMBER 1!!!

Terrible customer service they don't do the job right they install a 50 gallon water heater for me and if I take a shower my wife have to wait about 30 minutes for the water to heat up again and take a shower I mean it in 50 gallon we should not wait for hot water. but they wanted to install something else to pump more hot water for around $1200. NO that is not what I want I just paid $1400 for the water heater not paying more. overall they do nor do the job right at all. I am not please with them at all.

Terrible customer service. They installed a water heater 4 months ago. When they installed it they brought the wrong heater then tried to charge us for their mistake. We tried for 3 days to get a tech out to fix leak. The owner told us to call their plumber. He would text that he would come out then text again to reschedule then finally on day 3 told us to call the receptionist. I explained to her that we have been trying to get on schedule for 3 days. She said no one could come out so I said we would never us them again. She yelled at us and hung up. Then talked to plumber again and he said he "doesn't give a sh*t" and hung up. Will never use them again. I guess professionalism and customer service are not a priority for this company.

Terrible service. This so called "Plumber " removed the non working furnace ( and left it in the yard) installed a furnace that does not work had to contact a real professional plumber that verified the furnace this Con artist installed does not work. Needless to say 6 weeks later still no working heat. He likes to make a mess and not clean it us . DO NOT USE THIS KID . HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING . On top of everything he acts kind of erratic appears to be intoxicated in some way .
