    Interior remodel
    $40,000

    Our family rarely will leave a strong review of disappointment, but we feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this renovation. After spending the money, our family expected a professional finish. What we received was a rushed, careless job where our family had to clean up the neighbor’s fence line and property.

    Walls: Multiple areas were left with missing paint, as if the crew ran out of time or simply didn’t care to finish. It’s patchy and unprofessional.
    Lighting: The cut-in canister lights were never trimmed in. They’re just gaping holes in the ceiling with exposed edges—completely unfinished.
    Tile Floors/Bathroom walls: The tile installation is uneven, with noticeable lippage that’s both unsightly and a tripping hazard. It looks like a DIY job gone wrong.
    Exterior Work Area: This was the most infuriating part. They left dried wall mud and paint splattered all over, which ruined my neighbor’s fence and damaged their plants. No cleanup, no apology, no accountability.
    I’ve reached out multiple times for resolution, but communication has been minimal and dismissive. This was supposed to be an investment in my home, but instead, it’s become a source of stress and regret.

    Investigate this contractor, ask for relevant references, and define that for the price each day the place is cleaned up as it was when they started, and that the delivery is spot on. Demand a walkthrough inspection on completion and do not pay until all is completed.
