Brian was a referral from a friend. On Christmas, we discovered a slow leak from a bathroom fan. The source was unclear. Brian responded immediately to my call on Dec 28, climbed up on our roof to look for sources there, and ultimately we discovered to be a very localized plumbing joint leak which he fixed. Total time from first call to fixed leak was 5 hours. Will he be able to respond as quickly for you? I don't know, but I was completely impressed and recommend him without reservation. He usually does larger jobs, of course, and should be on your list for remodels, for sure.
