    We bought a home from the Deppe's we have been very satisfied. The home is well built. They were easy to work with from initial showing all the way through closing and beyond. I have recommended the Deppe's several times. They build a quality home!

    Hardwood floors are a mess!

    The hardwood floors in our home -- which is 17 months old -- are a disaster! Clearly not installed properly, possibly should not have been glued given the thickness of the wood, and an independent flooring consultant came by and confirmed these are a mess. Gaps are huge and hazardous. They won't return my calls. Unbelievable.

    Do Not buy from this builder. Horrible experience will not honor 1 year warranty. This is a Mom&Pop builder, I regret building with them. Pat Deppe is a monster and very unprofessional!!!! I have never spent so much money and been treated so badly. This is the email message we received from her after complaining about our wood floors buckling...

    The purpose of a 1 year warranty is for us as well. We do not have the time or manpower to run to each house every time something goes wrong. Regardless
