  Beatrice and GBN construction are fantastic to work with. We have done three jobs with Beatrice and she has exceeded our expectations on all jobs. Beatrice is fair and open from the bidding process through the close of the job. She communicates issues timely and actively seeks the most cost effective solution. She spends time to consider all options. Her and her crew are very professional and do wonderful work, leaving a clean worksite at the end of the day. They are always conscious of minimizing interruptions to the daily flow of a household.

  We would recommend to friends and family to hire Beatrice and GBN for any work they are thinking to do. We would absolutely hire Beatrice again in the future.

  Nothing but great things to say about GBN and their crew of workers..specifically:
  1. Always professional and on time for appointments
  2. Provides an accurate timeline for completion of each room and job
  3. Stays within approved budgets
  4. Excellent management as a contractor and overseeing work done and
  if there is anything that needs to be corrected, GBN gets it done immediately.
  5. Unique to find a contractor like GBN that has experience with Special Needs families with children that have disabilities and unique needs... well versed in ADA.
  6. Also unique to find a contractor and crew that takes great care in keeping the work site clean.
  7. Pleasant and professional working relationship, always courteous and helpful in any situation.
  8. Completes work and contract on time and on budget- highly recommend.

  Remodle after a flood

  Updated my floors and repainted due to a hot water flood - it seemed to creep across the underside of the floors creating more problems than I anticipated. I didn’t have the slightest clue of what to do or expect. I am SO delighted with Mrs. Gross’s attention to details and keeping me informed all along the process. She totally led me by the hand and explained everything, then helped me choose the best floors and wall paint. I love just looking at my home now!!

  2 bathroom remodels

  It took me a long time to pull the trigger on starting the remodeling process for my bathrooms. I didn't want to become one of those remodel horror stories I've heard about. Well, then I met Beatris Gross of GBN Construction Design & Build. Beatris and her crew are the best! From our first meeting when she came to see the job to give me an estimate, I liked her. We sat down and chatted, she took measurements and showed me pictures of some of her jobs. She had the estimate to me the next day! I met with several contractors and she stood out. I hired her to remodel my 2 small bathrooms. She is a contractor/designer and she helped me through the entire process of picking out finishes, etc., but left all design decisions up to me in the end. She was extremely communicative and was always easily reachable via text, email or phone call and always resolved any questions I had quickly. She is very knowledgeable of all building codes and the whole design/build/permit process. It was all seamless. Her crew is amazing, and they all do beautiful work. My bathrooms came out exactly as I had envisioned them. I love the work she and her crew did so much that now she is going to do my 45 year old kitchen! I would not hesitate to give her a call. You will not regret it!

  Kitchen remodel

  Beatris Gross and her entire team are worth every penny. No matter the size of the project you can tell they all care about the details and doing things right and on time, the first time. I never had to wonder if this work was up to code. They are experts and artists in what they do and every single crew was respectful, skilled, and honest. We have found our contractor for every other project. We needed someone to guide us through the kitchen renovation process and we found that in Beatris. We love our new kitchen and can't wait for future work!
