He doesn’t follow the scope of work or codes. He will remove all left over building material and sell it back to you if needed. He left an existing oil tank in the front yard of a new home. He will use your new furnace for construction heat and void all warranty on it. He will not glue you drainage systems causing them to come apart. Shortcuts are his specialty I would avoid this builder like the plague
