We hired GEM Builders to build us a home after a tragic fire in our old home . They were quick to taking down the old house and prepping for a new foundation. During construction I frequently stopped by to see the progress. I was very impressed by the attention to detail by both Shane Barber and all of his sub contractors. The quality of craftsmanship and construction exceeded my expectations. Susan made it a smooth process in pointing us in the right direction to help us pick our fixtures, floors and colors.
We have been in our new home for three years and have not had one issue. It truly is a custom built quality home and we love coming home to it. We thank you GEM Builders for our beautiful home.

We are currently having our third house built by Gem Builders. Our first was in 1997 and our second in 2002. Susan and Shane are a pleasure to work with. Their quality of workmanship and value exceeds all other area builders. They truly are a custom builder. They are a family business that have been in the area for years. Many of their subs that worked on our first two houses are working on our third. That says a lot how a builder conducts their business. I highly recommend them!
