    I suffer a major fire in my home. Gemini Restoration Company came to our rescued like an angel's send from heaven to help me and my family. We are grateful for all the help and information they provided us. They where able to restored our home in such a short time and it looks great better than before.     The work was good until they got to the end. When your home is rebuilt after a fire, you have choices as to the doors, hinges, knobs, faucets, light fixtures, etc. The supervisor thinks he is entitled to do what he wants. They use the cheapest supplies they can find. And if you don't keep track of him and what he is putting in, your house will look like the three blind mice put it together. The doors they put in look like barn doors and do not even go with the style of the house. Their granite guys did not line up the seams on the counter tops with the back splash. There is also a big gouge in the top of one counter. They rinse their cement buckets and paint pans in your bushes and they also poored cement into our yard trash can. The trash they leave is atrocious. We had trash cans, but they refused to use them. When the wind blows your neighbors will end up with the trash in their yards. They also do not have a clue how to paint. Even after telling them not to leave roller marks on the trim, they did anyway. All our doors in the house have roller marks. All the window frames outside do too. They also did not even put a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. You can see where they had one, took it off, and put wood putty in the holes.
    To be fair, the guys that actually do the work are very nice and they can do a good job. But, they can only do what they are told. So all the problems go straight back to management. I would not recommend them. There were to many problems.
