Gemstar contractors Inc installed a air conditioning unit in my home in 2013 and the unit has been leaking ever since. The unit is slanting to the back so wages leaks on the floor. She forgot to remove the piece call an"orifice" the floating device was not level, the PVC pipes were not glued properly so they come loose with a little tug. The drain line was too close to the exterior of the house which caused the concrete to deteriarate. Gaps were not sealed properly. I supplied her with the proper breaker and plywood for the platform r which I was not reimburse. I sealed the gaps in the ductwork. When I called her about the leaks which I discovered in September, she refuse to come and look at the problem and told me to get a lawyer.
