DO NOT TRUST this company!!!! Mark Bukowski is absolutely unreliable professional to deal with. He demolished our desk, took a deposit and the first payment, and since then he has never returned to complete the job! All our communications with him have not brought any positive results. After waiting for over 6 months we requested to get our money back that Mark and his father Gene promised to bring back. It's been another two months and Mark CANNOT be reach out!!!! Don't be fooled by Mark's promises!!!

I would not recommend Mark Bukowski AKA Bukowski and Sons
Mark lied to us and made empty promises for several months!
I had to hire another contractor to fix their mess

I do not know about Gene, but a John Bukowski from Newtown gave us a estimate on a simple roof to be built over our window and door, on May 3 of this year he came and got a check from us for $675.00, he cashed the check befire the ink was dry on irt, came back put up two 2 / 10 pcs of lumber, tore off a few pcs of my siding, loosened my light from the wall, put up 3 little rafters, said he would return to finish job, doses not return calls, never seen him a gain, it is now June 18, and you should see what the job looks like, all the neighbors are saying another senior citizen rip off, we have notified the DA/s court, the Norristown Local Police, and Channel 10 rip off section, we are waiting to hear from them, as we just done same, the next step will be court.

Follow-up. Sorry but we have kept finding more and more needless imperfections with their rough carpentry, as we are doing our finish work. In some areas this would not be a problem like a dining room. But issues with "not plumb" and "not square" cause a LOT of issues where you will be installing tile.

Even hanging drywall becomes more time consuming and labor intensive, since we hung it, found issues, took them down, fixed the problems with lathing strips and lath. Then had to rehang all over again. Sorry but it is NOT fun and costs us to have to fix rough carpentry that wasn't done correctly up front.

They framed a bathroom for us and the shower was out of square by 3/4" over only 3 feet, and bowed out 1/2" in the middle of the rear shower wall. We had to do all sorts of stuff with the tile to try and hide this (and more money). It'll come out ok but we will have to live with some imperfections that had to be done to off-set the problems created during framing, and unknown until much later.

Even the bathroom ceiling was bowed down in the center by at least 1/2" (probably more) over only 2.5'. If that was strictly drywall, it would be invisible. But if you want to tile your shower ceiling it causes huge problems when setting and creates a big unfinished and UNEVEN edge in the middle of the bathroom ceiling. And then that must be faced in a special way - instead of just using pencils or schluter strips, etc.

Ok for simple stuff but their attention to detail is lacking. Just too many cut corners and sloppiness. We had to let them go and replace them with someone who understands that the details really matter. We spent hours fixing even simple things like studs that weren't installed flush with adjoining studs.
