They do good work in the beginning but if when you ask questions about things you need to know the resident agent (KT) will pull his people off the job and walk away. He first claims to be an employee but when you have a compliant he becomes the owner (smh).Bottom line Genesis Contracting isn't worth the headache the so called owner will give after starting the job and never complete
