    Lift house
    $140,000

Absolutely the worst contractor you can get. And down right fraud. In the initial contract it's stated that the work be done in 90 days for my house project, but it's almost nearing 2 years and we still have yet to move in. Will work a day or two and then disappear for days almost a week or two at a time. Not to mention the work that he does is absolutely garbage. It almost feels like the customer is doing most of the work as I had to thoroughly inspect my own house for any work gone wrong. And in my findings I've discovered paint damages, inefficient work in the kitchen and the bathroom. After we were on his behind about doing the work in the kitchen it turned out we couldn't even open the vanity door. When asked about why he won't work, he states he has no money but then if we ask out of curiosity why he has no money he can't answer straight. My family and I had to visit his office (which he's rarely in) and communicate through his assistant Monica who is down right rude and unprofessional. When we try to voice our dissatisfaction she gets very vocal and immature. She just sits in his office all day and God knows what she does. Whenever we would visit to check up on why there's no work being done she always says that she's called the workers that day. (I thought it was a coincidence the first few times but after the literally 20th time it's a joke). Not to mention his company is facing lawsuits and complaints for frauding the good people of Atlantic city. Do not get this guy, he is very very bad news. He's put my family through so much. He picks up work even though there is work to be done in other houses. Please save yourself from this mess!

    Inspection and remolding
    $5,500
    30 days

I had work done with this company and he also even did the inspection prior to us purchasing a home. Went out his way to drive almost 70 miles just for the estimate and never once made it seem about money. I think its crazy how some one can post for an associate and place bad reviews. It's not many times that the owner of a company takes the time to explain to you every detail not to mention ways of saving you money for you not him...... I was surprised at home many things he was certified to do, or had license to perform and it saved so much stress during a stressful time anyone who has purchased a home know the stress or even having work done on a property. Stuff happens but you cant blame someone for wanting to do a job perfectly and when discovering other issues and not wanting to work around it fix. I highly recommended him to everyone I know especially those needing their homes raised. He has completed lifting more homes with added features that other contractors won't do, and works the projects from start to finish not leaving your home suspended in the air for weeks at a time and not to mention the are PRICES Beyond FAIR!!! Call for a consultation and see for yourself. No matter what time of day I called, how stressed out I was, he was always available and done before time. Oh his employees never left a mess, but if you pop up on a work site in the middle of demolition you can't expect it to be clean or neat. GFR is one of the most honest and professional companies I know and recommend them to anyone needing their home inspected, general construction, demolition, remolding, and house lifting.

The work that has been done by this contractor is sloppy and incomplete. He charges high end prices for the work, never clean up after him and his workers, and always find some reason to request more money for the job after started the work. This type of mannerism leaves the consumer stuck with him finishing because others will not touch what he started. I have associates who has had work done and from my understanding is having the time of their lives trying to get someone to come in and complete the work. Most of the contracted people request the job be completely started over or they will not guarantee the work. I feel bad for my associate and for anyone else whom has used this contractor's service. Please note that a search of his name concludes he is arrested more for nonsupport so that makes it impossible for him to complete any job assignments.
