Get Floored did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. Completely changed the layout of the existing bathroom and rerouted the drain from one side to the other. This remodel required cement removal, pipe rerouting, electrical removal, and reinstall. We could not say enough about the fantastic job they did. Not only did they stay underbid but they did some extra work in another bathroom. We were so impressed with this company we hired them the next year to do an extensive patio addition on the back of our house. It is impressive and we have thoroughly enjoyed the work they did.

We are very experienced home owner in the hard surface arena.
-Product ... no comment
-Timely...yes
-impression up front ... nice
BUT
-workmanship.... deplorable... shoddy.. serious water leak(s) thru shower
-supervision... I do not believe owner ever came to specific job site but if he did it makes this debacle even worse. Owner was given every opportunity to cure the issue ( not a BIG deal... ultimately he charged us approximately $800 ( yeah, he wouldn’t stand behind “his” work, never came out as he had promised , sent worker only and said effectively “ it’s his job not mine). We wish the owner no ill will and hope that he finds some lemonade from this lemon. I don’t think it would take that much to dramatically improve his culture starring with him.
I am sure he receives positive reviews... not questioning their knowledge or experience in this arena but I would question the source of anything positive and/or, I for one, believe they are opinining on their “feelings” and salesmanship and neither the quality of workmanship nor owners MO. Respectfully submitted
