  BEWARE - Had bathroom done three years ago and now having another one done by someone else.

  Had large leak in ceiling of bathroom week after job completed

  Had severe leak in ceiling below bathroom this year from bad plumbing

  Had two plumbers come in to inspect and found plumbing wasn't done correctly in many places.

  Put a 'fake' plumbing exhaust pipe so the dam plumbing gurgles (both said it bordered on criminal to do that)

  Said project would take 4 weeks took 12+

  Wife designer left the project almost immediately and design wasn't great - changed several things a year later with a good contractor

  Cost me money time and aggravation for three years now - RUN, RUN, RUN
  Its not gonna turn out great for ya

  Master bathroom suite

  60 days

  This was the BEST company My husband and I have ever worked with!!! It is a husband and wife design build team and the entire process was so fun! The designer Julie had the most amazing ideas that really helped us move out of our comfort zone of beige everything. We read a couple negative reviews but after meeting with them and seeing everything they had to offer, we quickly realized that these reviews were actually bad customers and that Get Metz was a great company. My husband drilled them about the upset clients and they were able to immediately produce court documentation that proved that these were unfair reviews. These customers were turning the tables and tried to rip off their contractor. I saw pictures of the spaces in their portfolio and in my opinion......these spaces were all beautiful. We have remodeled several homes over the years and the process is usually a nightmare.....that's right.....USUALLY. This time it was different. They were a 1 stop shop for the entire project and we didn't have to coordinate with other tradesman (electrician,plumber, tile guy,drywall team,etc...)Aaron is incredibly talented and even my perfectionist husband was amazed at the caliber of craftsmanship throughout our master suite...especially the tile work! I HIGHLY recommend this company and so does my mom ( they recently completed her kitchen that she waited 35 years for). I hand out their card to everyone i know that needs a major remodel done or design help. We are on their schedule for next summer already for our hallway bathroom. Yes next summer...... They are THAT highly sought after! Totally worth the wait!!!! Thank you Aaron and Julie! See you next year

  Our relationship started off wonderful and we were so excited because they offered design services that was desparately needed. They envision the larger picture of what we had hoped for in our bathroom remodels and provided ideas and recommenda- tions. They worked to satisfy us and accommodated some design changes along the way (nothing that would change the budget), but because initially they would do things BEFORE getting our final approval. Although I was pleased with the overall outcome of the 2 bathrooms, for me, and I explained this to them, it's the details and durability of products and workmanship that provides complete satisfaction. Our project took 5 months )-: At start of project they came on time, but never really worked what I consider full days (4 hrs max). On occasion we would call them to find out if they were even coming (irritating). And towards the end of the project they didn't show up some days because they had started other jobs before completing ours. Several things didn't quite workout, but after requesting & requesting they finally fixed (such as sink drain cover, shower door was butting, grout/chaulking pulling away & cracking). Well the final line is this, after final payment with the promise of coming back to complete some final little details - they never came back. So 1 year later the outlet in our bathroom is still not working (which they so called fixed once); the clear chaulking around our shower glass was never completed; the grout & chaulking in both bathrooms is cracking & pulling away. HIRE or NOT TO HIRE....depends on how picky you are...and we should all be picky when it comes to beautifying our homes. I would hire for certain things, but definitely wouldn't give final payment until TOTALLY satisfied!!

  We recently had our fairly large master bathroom remodeled and just could not be happier with the results! I was shocked to see this other review on here as my experience with this company was just about perfect. They were very neat and very professional throughout the entire project which lasted about 4 weeks but finished on time and on budget. (We have had work done in other homes and this rarely happens) They offered a design service which my husband and I so desperately needed as we had no idea what we should do in there. It is GORGEOUS! The attention to detail throuought is better than anything we could ever hope for. We even have all of the extras (some were even free!!!) All of my girlfriends say how they want my spa-retreat at their home and I have referred several of them. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone interested in remodeling their home. In fact, we are having them back to do our main bathroom and kitchen next year! If I had to guess, this other review has them confused with another company. These folks would never do that. They were great and VERY honest about all of the details involved. Overall great experience!!!

  They are unprofessional and do shoddy work. I can't use some of the plugs they put in. The lights flash on and off. The cabinet sample they gave me and what they put in were two different things. The pantry isn't even against the wall. They wedged wood behind it. The trim on the windows is put up so I can't even hang drapes correctly. They used no protection for lead dust. No barriers were put up and I ended up needing a blood transfusion from inhaling the lead dust. I had to replace so many things in my house that was ruined with dust. They never tested for lead. Their work is horrible, and Julie Metz gets very mean if you say anything critical against her company. I did not get my money's worth. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

  Really horrible experience. Was lied to on two occasions. They were very rude near the end of the project and refused to finish until they received final payment. Paid them and they never finished job and do not return phone calls. We are having to hire new people to come and finish job. It has been such a nightmare and costing so much extra money and time. They basically took my money and ran promising they would finish project, but never did. Also, the work they did complete is not that great. They are inexperienced and unprofessional. I know that I should not have paid them until the work was done but they just became so difficult and bullying I gave in. Hiring them and trusting them is right up there with the biggest mistakes in my life. Please do not hire these people!
