Outstanding service. After the initial contact by phone Julio came to our house to write an estimate within a couple of days. As he went over the work he was going to do it was clear he was a subject matter expert. This job was a tear off along with some plywood replacement with two skylights. His quote was very reasonable. We had another quote from another company that was double the price. Once we scheduled the work he showed up on time as planned. His crew of 3 were very efficient and respectful and maybe the hardest working crew I have ever seen. Julio replaced the flashing around the skylights, tore of the shingles and after we saw the shape of our insulation and plywood we agreed that it should all be replaced. Everything was done perfectly and they cleaned up everything beautifully! The logo on Julio’s truck " A company with integrity" is not just a gimmick but what he genuinely practices. I give him the highest recommendation possible and would tell anyone to hire Julio to do their roof replacement. I will definitely hire him to do the rest of our roof in the future.

Dennis & Karen Christoffersen - New garage addition
Julio came to put the shingles on our garage addition. He was the subcontractor sent to put the shingles by our contractor. They arrived promptly when they arranged to be. The advertising on their truck noted a company with integrity. That was completely true. They were here on a very hot day, and they worked very hard in spite of the heat. They did a superb job on installing those shingles. We very extremely pleased with the job Julio and his crew did on the garage roof. It looks fantastic. We were told beforehand by our contractor, that his crew also does gutters and downspouts as well. We schedules with him to come back and do that when we were ready. When we were ready, we contacted him, and he got back to us fairly quickly. He installs a better grade gutter (6" vs 4"), so we asked him for a quote to replace the gutters and downspouts on the house as well. Also asked about gutter giards. He quoted us a very reasonable price and even gave us a discount for doing the whole job. We could not be happier. We are extremely happy with his workmanship and integrity. If you need roofing or gutters and dwnspouts, this is your company. Thanks Julio!!!!
