I had hired Justin at GI Woodcraft to finish my basement. Overall the work was good, but we quickly noticed that the bar he built was warping on the top. He said he would come back and fix it. After trying a couple of things that didn't work he said he would build me a new one. That was in April and he has not returned a single text or phone call since then. It is now June and I would like my bar able to use. The top is now split and sharp to anyone who touches it. I have sent at least one message every week between April and the end of June. I'd just like my project that I pad for finished. Very poor customer service.
