Giancarlo is a flat-out thief. He took three thousand dollars and never returned. I am in the process of prosecuting him

For what it's worth. He came to our home on a Saturday to do an appraisal. The following Monday, October 29th was Hurricane Sandy. He showed up at 8:30, as promised, and began work on our kitchen. He came back the next day and finished a well-done job at a very reasonable price.

We were scammed by Giancarlo as well. He did work in July, 2011 and never finished for us. We naively paid him and he never completed the work. The work that he did do for us had to be re-done with another contractor. We are taking him to court now and we'll see if he shows. Stay away from him!

This is one of the worse contractors I ever had...He did some work from me years ago and never finished...He took my money and ran...he made promises he never kept..I took him to court and he never showed...had a sherriff sale of his assets and still got nothing for thousands of dollars. He is a scammer...he is not a good contractor...call all the local townships he has complaints all over delware county...call the surrounding sherriff's they had multiple claims against him...he is not good...

Find another contractor this man is a thief. I hired him to a job he only completed about half and never showed up again. Looked into suing him but he owns nothing, everything is in his wife’s name. I spoke with many building supply companies in the area, he owes money to all of them. I hope the state attorney general goes after him, they have plenty of complaints about him. Here’s hoping for some karma!!
