Honestly, they weren't that great. Getting NYC DOB permits for us was a huge headache, which is all we really used them for. Part of this was due to our GC, who was awful, and he's the one who introduced us to them.It might be a different story if you went directly to that architect, instead of through our GC. Also, this is the only reno we've done, so I don't have a point of reference with other architects.
