    Owner (Sean) described himself as a "working contractor". He proved he had absolutely ZERO construction experience. Had no idea which electrical boxes were require. Broke and sole MY OWN tools after agreeing to use his own tools. Will be filing complaints with County Sheriff, CBI, and FBI. After he was fired, I could find no active contracting licenses anywhere. He billed for > $100k in labor and materials, and the work priorities were never finished. He spent most of his billed time on his phone, in his car, at very long lunches with his subs. Always arrived late, Any work done was undone and redone at least twice. He gave completely different stories to different family members and our friends and pitted us against each other. Am now compiling his enormous number of aliases, his LLCs, his work across the country, and am up to 3" worth of double-sided prints. It appears at least two of his subs have been with him in other parts of the country pulling this crap. After we reconciled his provided receipts (which he was reimbursed for) we found double and triple billing, billing for things and tools we never asked for or approved - many things that weren't even pertinent for this project. He billed us for his lunch TIME AND THE LUNCH! He billed us to feed his crew at restaurants. He's slick little guy in a white Toyota Tundra. Smokes like a chimney and reeks of cologne.
