The overall experience is nothing but positive. I met Gabriel (owner of MGM) when my house renovation was failing. Previously hired architect was a con artist, caused me 2 Stop Work Orders with NYC DOB, and resulted me with over 100k monetary loss. Gabriel and Adam worked together to resolve all DOB and ECB violations. I am very happy that I met MGM Creations, otherwise I would not be able to move into my house.
