We found ourselves in a difficult situation when a tree fell on my late uncle's house, causing a great deal of mold & water damage as well as roof damage, especially since my elderly mother, her brother's Executor, lives in Florida. I took on the repair project, also from Florida, and was thrilled to find Gary Giordano of Premier Home Improvement/Giordano Restoration to do the necessary work in mold and water remediation.. He was everything one would hope a contractor would be... and more, going to bat for us with the insurance company and finagling a lot more money out of them!.
