Almost four years after they built my home, I called Glavin Construction to ask for the paint colors of the interior walls, ceiling, and trim, and the exterior siding.
I have no complaints about the home. It is very well built with many extra touches, but I wanted to do some touch ups because of normal wear and tear. All I asked for was a list of the color numbers so I could go to the paint store and buy the colors I needed.
The owner, Julian Glavin, called back the next day and offered to come to our home and see what I needed. When he came over, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He obviously takes great pride in the homes he builds.
Julian was also generous. I was only expecting a list of color numbers, but Julian showed up a few days later with gallons of the colors I needed freshly mixed from Rodda Paint.
No doubt, Glavin Construction is trustworthy, and we wish them continued success.
