Glenn Burnsed of Low Country Custom Built homes had contract to build our custom home in Pooler, Ga. He was 100 days over contract, took draws from out bank, Ameris bank and failed to pay his subcontractors the monies he took draws for (ie, Griffin Electric, ProBuild) We received texts, emails and phone calls from his finish carpenters, the Parrish's, his plumber Cochran plumbing and his tile guy saying they had not been paid either even though Glenn Burnsed had received draws to pay for them. We hired an attorney and fired him. He is not a reputable contractor.
