Stay away from this company. The owner of this company is not professional at all. My wife hired them and they came to my house and spent three hours to assess the work and quoted us a fee. I told them that I wanted the job done before thanksgiving. They agreed to it and committed to getting it done way before that deadline. As the work progressed, I was concerned because they only worked 4 hours shift max but would constantly ask for more money because they had financial obligations they had to meet. My wife gave the deposit that was required to start on November 3 and on November 4 they were asking for more money even though they had not done much ( if you need evidence to substantiate what I am writing let me know abs I will share). They continually asked for more money throughout the project and then complained about the fact that they did not have certain tools as if they wanted me to pay for it. When I expressed my concerns about the progress of the work the owner would quickly divert from the topic and stated that “other companies would charge me more money for the task” which to me is a mute point. You came to assess the job, you proposed and agreed on a fee that you thought was reasonable. Wesley is very unprofessional and seems to focus more on collecting money than doing a good job and delivering quality service. The quality of their work is also very poor. I have to now pay another company to fix their crappy job which they did not finish. I would highly recommend you think twice before hiring this company. If you have a small task that can be done in one day where you pay the same day, then maybe they might work for you, but don’t believe all these five stars rating, I got fooled into believing that this company was good because others had given him a five stars.
