Terrible, we used Dale Parish that owns global construction on two rehab's and they are the only two we lost money on. He over promises and under delivers. We have multiple references that can testify to his poor quality of work. Two of the contractors we had to hire to fix all his poor work as well as the real estate agent that can't sell the home because he didn't pull permits and did poor work. he put in a new deck in one of the homes we hired him on. Now all the boards are warped and coming up and he will not stand behind the work.
We do many projects and can refer you to good people however We would recommend you stay clear of this guy.
