Made many mistakes along the way by hiring subcontractors a s having them do jobs ahead of how they should have been completed. An example was putting in drywall before electrical was done or hvac was even installed. Has yet to finish the project and will not return calls. Have lost over 5k to this thief. Please don’t make the same mistake we made and find someone else to do the job.

This contractor underbid and underestimated the time of the job, did not pay his subcontractors, nor his hourly workers in a timely manner. He did not complete the job, I had to hire and pay subcontractors on my own. The subcontractors he did hire, in the beginning, were often substandard, doing shoddy work that led to more problems down the road. I had to rehire people to fix his mistakes or live with them. Stay away from this contractor. He will take your money with empty promises. Move along. I promise you will find a better person for the job as anyone is better than German Munoz and GM Titans Builders.

Long delays in the work. Some of the subcontractors did good work but others were substandard and cut corners using questionable construction methods. The patio roof and carport were not completed. I am getting bids from other trades to complete the facia, soffit and rain gutters, and correct some constructuon errors.
