    First of all he he claim 30 years of experience he's been living in state more or less 15 years not all this time he was involved in construction may be in past 10 years more or less my experience started when fried introduced him to me and than all start with friendly conversation we do anything you need us to do and so forth when contract was signed you go to next stage i got you by the balls, money start to flow and project moving forward you are exited want to see progress , a little you know you things are going down hill when you move in you call no respond goal construction bobby and his partner masoud they are down with you when last payment is paid tell them about issues when you move in they dont want have anything to o with it try to keep there distance from you want you directly deal with sub contractors they hire simple tex you there phone number go head deal with it don't want have anything to do with you and your property because they all ready got paid they will avid your calls and keep there distance please just avoid dealing with them nightmare will start when you move in to your beautiful home water leak floor splitting up , you sink backs up bathroom licking doors not closing on and on on

    call me before you sign contract. i will tell you everything i know .
    i am not happy with them. i paid all money( almost half million) but i hold few thousands because still work left for my back yard .
    he threaten me to lien house.
