    My experience with Gold Roofing was stellar and I don't say that very often about companies. Lane was fantastic to work with and very responsive. The installers were very thorough and expedient. Gold Roofing went above and beyond to assist us. Overall, it made for a very pleasant experience. They were easy to work with and very understanding when we got evacuated due to Cameron peak fire. I would highly recommend this company, Lane, and the installers.

    replace and re-shingle entire roof

    Gold Roofing re-shingled our house in the fall of 2018. Their representative, knowing the time when our insurance adjuster would arrive at our home, came at least 35 minutes prior to that time, walked the roof, marked every visible damaging hail strike and outlined it in white chalk, so that when the adjuster walked the roof some minutes later, he could not help but see the evidence.

    This greatly endeared Gold Roofing to us, making us feel they were fully in our corner. Needless to say, the insurance concurred with the damage and authorized a full replacement; furthermore, Gold Roofing provided us a free upgrade to impact-resistant shingles, endearing us to them even more. This upgrade resulted in a significant reduction to our Home-Owners insurance policy for the life of the roof. What a blessing!

    When the day came for Gold Roofing’s crew to arrive and begin work, they worked diligently, carefully, accurately, thoroughly, and did a magnificent job, including replacement of all vents and vent jacks, and precise cutting of the drip rails. Stripping the roof down to bare sheeting, they pounded down any protruding nails or other items which might cause future problems.

    Completing the work in a day, they also did a great job on the clean-up, taking diligent care to remove nails, stray fragments of shingles, and so forth, so that when they left, all that remained was a beautiful new roof!

    Bottom line-- Gold Roofing is indeed the “gold standard” for roofing. I would choose them over any other company in the area. –Harold Williams, homeowner
